MOL | MAASDAM is a committed and professionally driven consultancy agency, specialised in advising and guiding on personal, team and organizational issues with a distinctive personal approach. We always discuss with our clients what is appropriate, given the circumstances and change or development that is desired.

We have broad and diverse international management and consulting experience from both client and agency perspective. Therefore we are able to move quickly to assess what is really going on and what is necessary to move in the desired direction.

To achieve sustainable and lasting change you often have to deal with issues that are not obvious initially. Our advice and guidance is characterized by thorough analysis and a strong distinctive approach. This leads to the uncovering and clarification of themes and issues that deserve attention. Subsequently we take steps towards the desired change. We do not hesitate in dealing with confrontational issues.

Our experience is that many change and development processes are hampered by ingrained patterns, beliefs, habits and ways of working (together) that are no longer effective. People play a crucial role in these processes. We hold a mirror in front of people and ask them to continue to hold that mirror in front of themselves and others. This approach helps to move people to other, more effective and appropriate perspectives.
